Mad Jack at The Blood Shed

Built to last.

Bespoke hand tools, scabbards and blade work — forged, carved and restored with a Celtic, Germanic and grim-dark hand.

Making things suck less, one job at a time.

The trade

Old steel, new life.

The Blood Shed is Jack's workshop. Everything that leaves it is made or mended by hand, to be used hard and kept for a long time.

The look draws on neo-pagan and druidic tradition — knotwork, serpents, spirals and runes — rather than the plundering-Viking cliché. Craft, harvest and fire, not raids.

The sigil

A maker's mark.

Every piece is signed with a bind rune — three Elder Futhark runes cut into one stave. Read together they spell Jack. The word comes from the Latin sigillum: a seal, a stamp, an identifying mark.
